TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
This agreement (the “Agreement”), together with the documents referred to, sets out the terms and conditions by which STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS proposes you to use our sites www.romaniantrip.ro, as a guest, as a registered user and no matter how you access them.

3.TRANSACTIONS THROUGH OUR SITE AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU.
3.1. Our role is an introductory agent for tourism service providers and we are authorized by local suppliers to enter into a contract with you on behalf of service providers. We will do so by taking your reservation inquiry by allocating the reservation of an available service provider (vendor) and then sending you an email confirming the details of your booking and providing a link to the Service Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Once you have indicated your agreement to the Service Terms and Conditions and the terms set out in the email using the link provided in the e-mail, a contract will occur between you and the Provider.
3.3. Your agreement is with the Supplier and the responsibility for the provision of the services rests solely with the Supplier. Please read the Service Terms of Service carefully as they will be legally binding upon you once you have agreed with them, either directly or by confirming the service reserved for your service provider.
3.4. Although your contract is with the Provider, we will continue to be your primary contact point while the Provider provides the services you have requested. Additionally, we may process all non-cash payments from you on behalf of the Provider.
3.5. Please note that the responsibility for service delivery lies with the supplier only. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be held liable and do not assume any liability in any way for the provision of services.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1. We are the owner or licensor of all intellectual property on our site and our applications as well as the materials published on our site. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. We, STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS, any of our affiliates, partners, service providers, licensors or any other third party related to us own and reserve all intellectual property rights and other rights and titles, all data and content contained therein, including user accounts , titles, objects, chat logos, artwork, graphics, drawings, photos, pictures, sounds, compositions, and music recordings and working methods.

14.2.2. For other damages resulting from the gross negligence of the tax of our services or intentional or negligent breach of service of a legal representative or a person who has fulfilled an obligation of our services;
14.2.3. For deliberate misconduct;
14.2.4. For damages resulting from the negligent breach of an essential obligation for the execution of the contract with our company insofar as it is typical and predictable;
14.2.5. For any guarantee given by our company;
14.2.6. For any liability under the applicable law on the liability.
14.3. Because certain states or jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of losses or damages, in such states or jurisdictions, STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
15. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
15.1. The Romanian Courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of or relating to our site visit, although we retain the right to bring an action against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or in any other relevant country.

16. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1. STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS and you agree to first attempt to deal informally with any complaints or disputes for at least 30 / thirty / days.

16.3.This clause (13) shall have no effect on the legal rights to initiate legal proceedings in the event of a dispute and shall not suspend any statutory limitation period applicable to the filing of a claim.

Any waiver from STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS, any of its subsidiaries, partners, service providers, licensees, licensees or any third party related to us from any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply provision, condition or requirement.
21. SEPARABILITY

23. TERMS
23.1.
